The best agency on the Hisarönü Gulf — and we own the boats

Most companies here take your enquiry, place it with somebody else and add their margin. We do not. Seventeen of the boats on this site are ours, run by our own crews out of Marmaris and Göcek, which is why the price you are quoted is what the boat actually costs.

Why book with us

Run by a captain, from the harbour the boats sail from

We keep an office in Chicago for contracts and the American season. The boats are run from Marmaris by people who have spent their working lives on this coast.

  • Every vessel is inspected aboard by us each season. If the generator cannot run the air conditioning overnight at anchor, it says so on the page.
  • Turkish and Greek port clearances handled in-house, including transit logs and crew lists.
  • Prices are quoted whole. APA, fuel, port and anchorage fees appear on the quote before you pay anything.
  • If the meltemi shuts a route down we move you and send the forecast with the explanation.
  • Deposits held in escrow, balance due 30 days before boarding. Full cancellation terms in writing.

Questions we get every week

How much does a yacht charter in Türkiye cost?
A bareboat sailing yacht starts around €4,200 a week in low season. A crewed gulet for 10 to 12 guests runs from about €11,500 to €24,000 depending on the season and the boat. Motor yachts start around €26,000. Cabin charter, where you buy a single cabin, runs €690 to €1,150 per person per week including full board.
What is included in the price?
Crewed charters include the vessel, the full crew, three meals a day, standard provisioning and most anchorage fees. They do not normally include alcohol, fuel surcharges on unusually long routes, Greek island fees when crossing, or the crew tip. Bareboat includes the vessel, safety equipment, dinghy and outboard; fuel, provisioning and a final clean are extra.
Can I charter a sailing yacht without a captain?
Yes. Bareboat charter in Türkiye requires an internationally recognised certificate — ICC, RYA Day Skipper, IYT Bareboat Skipper or ASA 104 plus IPC — for the skipper, and a second competent crew member. If you would rather not, a skipper is €190 a day plus his food.
Can we visit the Greek islands during a Turkish charter?
Yes, on a private charter. Symi is about ninety minutes from Marmaris and Rhodes about three hours. We handle both sets of clearances, but the paperwork needs about six weeks, so tell us at the time of booking rather than on the day. Cabin charters usually stay in Turkish waters.
When is the best time to come?
The season runs April to November. May, June, September and early October are the sweet spot: water at 24–26°C, gentler wind, fewer boats in the bays. July and August are hottest and busiest, and the meltemi is strongest in the Gökova gulf during those weeks.

What people say when they get home

★★★★★

We had two children under seven and I was worried. The crew had it worked out before we did — shallow bays, early dinners, and the cook made pasta on the third night without being asked.

★★★★★

Third year with them. They put us on a different boat this time because ours was in refit, and it was better than the one we asked for. That is the whole review.

David R. · Chicago · Motor yacht, June
★★★★★

Bareboat with an ICC. The chart briefing was serious, the boat was clean, and when the alternator belt went at Bozburun somebody was there in three hours.
