Yacht charter in Marmaris
Two large marinas, a deep sheltered bay, and the shortest crossing on the Turkish coast to Symi and Rhodes. Marmaris is where our boats live and where most of our charters begin.
Where you board
Crewed gulets and motor yachts board at Netsel Marina in the old town, a five-minute walk from the castle and the bazaar. Bareboat handovers happen at Yacht Marina, four kilometres west, which is quieter and has the better technical yard. Dalaman airport is 95 km and about ninety minutes by road; Bodrum airport is closer to three hours.
What a week from Marmaris looks like
West into the Hisarönü Gulf for Bozukkale, Bozburun, Selimiye, Bencik and Orhaniye — a week with almost no open water, which matters if somebody in the group is nervous. Or south-west across the strait to Symi and Rhodes, which needs six weeks' notice for the paperwork but not much more sailing.
Day charters and short breaks
Three and four-night charters work from Marmaris because Turunç, Kumlubük, Amos and Kadırga are all inside two hours. For a single day on the water we put people on Karayel or a tender rather than a gulet — a gulet spends a day charter getting somewhere.
