What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the dates you asked about and anything you choose to tell us. If you go on to book, we also collect passport details and, for bareboat charters, your certificate of competence, because the port authority requires them.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your enquiry, to run your charter, and to file the transit log and crew list the authorities ask for. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to anyone except the authorities and the vessel's operator.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept for ten years because Turkish tax and maritime law requires it. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep by writing to the Marmaris office.
