A pastel garland along the awning, dried pampas at the transom, and a stylist who rigs it while the boat is still on the pontoon.
Balloons and wind do not get on. We rig everything on the sheltered side and take the tall pieces down before we leave the bay, which is why ours are still up at six in the evening.
